Vista was responsible for clearing the site, demolition and removal of the existing structures, temporary shoring & cofferdams, construction of the new concrete dam & culvert, back-filling, riprap and erosion control, as well as full coordination with Army and all subcontractors

Scope of Project:

Removal and replacement of the four concrete bridges & culverts, including:
•    Bridge 63 – Two cell (8’x8’) cast-in-place concrete culvert under Airfield Range Road and Silver Lake Dam, constructed with two cofferdams, temporary channel and dewatering the site
•    Bridge 70 – Single cell (6’x6’) precast concrete culvert under Tank Road, constructed with temporary channel and dewatering the site

•    two cofferdams supporting over 18’ of lake water during the 80 year storm (!)
